Why do my eyelashes get really dry when i put mascara on? HELP!?

It might be that your mascara is old. I had the same problem with a mascara stick of mine, so I went out and bought a new one. I find that the "hair" bristles rather than the rubber applicators work better as well. And try putting some water on your eyeliner pencil, that may help. Make sure your face is moisturized as well otherwise your makeup will feel dry.
