How to tell my friends my parents are getting a divorce?

My parents are getting a divorce, and I have no idea how to tell my friends, and how many to tell. I've only told my best friend, and I plan to tell my close friends as well. However, I don't know when to bring it up or how to word it. I know that they will always be there for me and try to support me, but I dont really want them to feel bad for me, and I don't really want to explain the whole situation to them all. I also don't know how many of my friends I should tell. I know word will get around, but I feel like someone will be hurt if I don't tell them myself. HELP ME!
