I need a runny chocolate recipe for a pie?

I want to make a pastry which when bitten into dripps chocolate everywhere, but as far as i can tell when you cook chocolate it goes grainy. I tried chocolate sauce but this vanished. The pie pasty always ends up hollow. does anybody have a recipe that i can use?
