What color looks best on porcelain skinned girls?

I am probably the whitest, pastiest, porcelain skinned person at my school, and I just can't seem to find a good color that makes me look kinda good. And it's going to be very warm tomorrow. I want to wear shorts, but I have no idea how to wear them without looking like a complete albino. What color shirt and shoes should I wear with them (BTDubs: the shorts are a darkwash with patches of black, red, green floral, but you can barely see the patterns)?
