It is not a battle of the physical world, but rather a battle of things unseen, psychological battles of spirits, the gnashing of teeth (worry of the mind), let the worry go, and stay within the Heart to find the Mind, focus (hearth), pertaining to the Heart, the warmth of the Heart, the fruits of the spirit. There is a point to this, there is more to do than just believe, and it says, study to make thyself noteworthy, the "words" open up understanding, they are the swords of life.
