When is it ok for a divorced mom to bring a boyfriend around her kids?

Is it okay for a Mom who has been divorced for a month to bring a new boyfriend around her 3 kids even though the kids clearly said they are uncomfortable with the situation? Is this normal for a woman to get a boyfriend after being divorced for only a month?
