What is usual outcome of when a "olive skinned" male and a "average skinned" female have a male baby?

My wife and I are expecting and I am the olive skinned male, she is average white i guess you could say, definitely not pale/pasty. I am a pretty dark/olive. I am of Irish descent but Black Irish(Mediterrean looking Irish). She is also Irish... And we have found out that it will be a boy. Not that it matters, but I was wondering if he will have a mix of both of ours? Like a "medium" skintone??? neither average or olive?? Also I have black hair and light brown eyes, she had brown hair and blue eyes. any chance he could have blue eyes? (fingers crossed) hahaha
