What is a recipe for spicy icing that doesn't smell spicy?

I'm pulling a prank on someone and I baked a spicy cookie. They're not spicy enough though and they smell spicy. I need a really spicy icing that doesn't smell spicy so it will possibly overpower the scent of the cookie itself. Please help! BTW - He doesn't mind spicy so it won't be that big of a deal.
