What does my daughters poop mean?

My daughter is 4 months old, almost 5, and she is breast fed and formula fed. Today her poop has been weird. it is really pasty and dark green, and has white chunks in it. these chunks are larger than they were when she was exclusively breast fed, and shes been fussing a little more than normal, what could her poop mean?
