Weird Discharge HELPP . !?

Okay . Im 13 and i havent had my period yet. Every once in a while i would get this weird Pasty discharge. It wont be spread around it will just be in one like clump i guess . Like if u take a little piece of clay it would look like that, but it wont feel like clay. It is really stretchy and slimy. . Anyway , it has been itching down there sometimes .. and ive been getting alot of discharge. so can someone please tell me if i have an infection of some type or if this is normal. PLEASE. im like freakin out here cause i just saw some down there today wen i was going to the bathroom . Also, Im kinda afraid to ask my mom cause im not really close to her and i wont feel comfortable talking to her with stuff like this... So .can someone please give me any answers PLEASE. And REAL answers only pleasse. I really need help . Thanks :)
