My lips are always dry, I apply lip balm but the lip balm dries on my lips and make my lips all pasty, help?

get allow vira or green tee moistriser and leave it on over night...never leave vasaline on over night coz your block the pores around the lips and make spots............drink plenty of water and try the tooth brush tip : wet your tooth brush and jentaly brush over your lips get rid of the dead skin and then apply moiseriser ....workz woderzzzz!!!xxx
