My fat friend feel violated....?

my friend weighs a little over 400 pounds on a good day(usually in a thong and pasties)...any how we were at our local Burger King and as soon as they spotted us coming all the employees ran around the dining room and stacked the chairs. By the time we got in(my friend isnt breaking any speeding laws)the mangager informed us we would have to sit in a booth seat, knowing by obvious reasons, my friend could not fit. Can she be awarded mental anguish type of money?
