Marinated chicken recipes? 10 points!?

Basically, I am planning on making oven baked crispy (using breadcrumbs) chicken. I want to marinate the chicken before baking it for a richer flavor. What should I use to marinate the chicken? I do prefer the recipes to be healthy and a little spicy as well. Thanks for answering. :)
