How do you get a good tan?

I'm italian German English polish & Cuban…I'm not pasty but I am white & I want to get a really good tan…what can I do in order to achieve my goal lol I want to get a good tan fast too like within a week or 2 but i want a really good tan all summer. Also I'm all for tanning beds but my mom won't let me, so please don't give that as an idea…thanks! Oh and btw don't offer spray tans or the jargons lotion
