How come my fried green beans came out burnt? What did I do wrong? How do I fix it?

whenever you fry anything, you have to dip the food into flour first, then the egg, then back into the flour or bread crumbs or whatever you're using....good luck and have fun....and oh, don't turn the heat to high. You want the oil or butter or whatever you're using to fry them, to be very hot, but not smoking. Practice makes perfect!
