Well my only suggestion is tan! You have to go outside and lay out. Try laying out for and hour or two everyday. 12-2 are the hours where there is the most sun. Well it depends on where you are. I live down south in one of the hot states with all the beaches. If there is not enough sun where you live try a tanning bed. Maybe try working out outside? Or taking a jog in the sun? If you live near a beach take a run on the beach! It's a great way to get a tan and work out.
